Toyota is heading to same faith as KODAK, SONY (with their Trinitron TV line) and NOKIA… These companies didn't wanted to move on right away even having the tech and the resources to make the change, cause they thought people should move at their speed, but people is the one that have the money and they choose and place you either as a successful company or the one that goes to bankruptcy. When a company like Toyota or any other company that enters the competition ground in the EV arena, they need to come up with a better option. There are 4 major concern to car buyers when it comes to EV: RANGE, PRICE, CHARGING TIME and the amount of CHARGING STATION. All these points are important, you cannot miss anyone as an EV company or a car company that want to compete in EV sales.

  31. Выбор все равно в цене, кто может себе позволить дорого и красиво, почему нет? Тойота заслужила репутацию благодаря своей простоте и надежности в трудных условиях эксплуатации. Мне бы не хотелось видеть этот бренд соревнующимся с теслой.
    Тесла невероятно технологична но зачем вам автопилот там где нет дорог ? Автопилот это шикарная технология, ездить в авто на заднем сиденье и не смотреть на дорогу вообще. Но я люблю управлять авто самостоятельно, это выглядит как классная фишка показать друзьям. Приложение с приколами на телефоне которое ты запускаешь один раз. Так что автопилот это еще не все что нужно водителям. А точнее наоборот, водителям автопилот не нужен, он нужен пассажирам если вы поняли о чем я.
    Пока еще не все в мире могут себе позволить любой автомобиль, это говорит о том что надежность и дешевизна обслуживания еще долго будут оставаться главными критериями для основного большинства.

  33. I Have ordered bz4x Pure version, or Active version here in Finland. This Active version has no parking distance control or any More usefull Safety-equpments. Wtf? I think I Have to make an order cancellation….

  34. Toyota has let it self down and too late in the electric vehicle game. It reminds me of Blackberry phones which ended because it failed to adopt to new technology.
