  5. i exercise almost everyday (im still trying to make it routine, sometimes i still forget) and it actually does help my dysphoria, and i have adhdso exercising can sometimes help me focus or just give me something to do when im bored. its summer for most people who are in school rn, so if over the summer you're not really going out much (like me) you might wanna try getting a weight (i have an 8 pound one, i was gonna get a 10 but i wanna build more lean muscle and not overwork myself) and just doing any exercises, you can look some up to help. it might help your dysphoria, it really helps mine when i cant sleep and i cant stop thinking about stuff yk

  7. The thing you is you people are being lied to you by your father Satan. You are what God made you. So since you think you’re a guy. Go sign up for selective service.

  8. This was one of the first videos I watched when I came out as trans nonbinary ( not the target audience I know) the masculine haircut tip helped but the way my body works when I started working out on a schedule I didn’t gain muscle I just dropped pounds like scary fast( I’m anemic so it scared me) and it made my feminine features like my hips pop out more. Just be aware that while these are good tips for people pre-T they won’t work for every single person because we are all genetically different

  9. My mom told that I can’t get my hair cut but I can wear a wig, and she said I’m not “mark” she’s right im not im probably “miles” I don’t know give me some names that start with a m please but I did tell her this morning I was genderfluid, in reality I would be more of a man even if I was genderfluid

  10. the longest time i’ve ever worn my binder was i think 14 hours and it was because my parents took me out after school and i had no choice. it was incredibly painful when i got home. seriously, bind safely!!! you will regret the medical bills later if you don’t!!

  11. Im in the closet right now and probably will be for a much longer time (only out to my best friend and kind of my sister?), so hearing anyone refer to me as a boy or anything in the likes makes me so happy you dont even know, its so rare.

  12. Dude a few weeks ago at a restaurant, the waiter asked "what would you like to order SIR" And after that happened, my mom was like "HAHAHA he thought SHE was a BOY. Bruh I was like so happy someone say me as a dude and I'm a trans man, but my family is homophobic and transphobic 💀

It sucks when you have a mother who says she would support you no matter what but then says your not a boy and gets mad at you for not shaving it’s annoying it really is and I can’t get a lot of masc clothes and I can’t wear suits to a dance because I’m a girl according to my mother and I can’t cut my hair they way I want it but then I realize that theyre guys who have kinda medium length hair.😁
