I don’t think people listen clearly and I hold XRP but I do read between the lines, like second-tier banking system, or Off chain transactions. it’s when they set up payment hubs to interact off the chain using XRP. I remember Brad Garlinghouse saying ripple is a company that leverages assets like XRP. To me it’s like pumping A Coin with steroids and using it in a single transaction to your benefit🤷🏻♂️.

Another problem the SEC has is that it cannot seem to remember which lie it told to whom. ETH was and still is a security and under development as stated by Vitalik. He also stated that it was a demo for ETH 2.0 which according to Vitalik will take another 6 years to complete. This makes ETH 2.0 a security until that occurs. If ETH is not a security according to the SEC then nothing is a security. You cannot have it both ways. A crypto assets, token / coin, themselves are not securities any more than the orange was a security, this the courts have made clear yet the SEC says that the orange is the security. If that is the case then all fiat currencies, anything else sold in stores or privately are securities.
