  1. Thanks for your thorough review. I appreciate your road noise decibel measure. I would really love to see a view of the cargo area with all back seats down. These days lots of people are looking for a car that can double as a camping vehicle and fits air mattress with sleeping bag back there. Please add that detail to your reviews. Also, no need to compare this to a grand cherokee. chrysler vehicles are notorious for breaking down frequently, and that's putting it nicely. Ask Scotty Kilmer.

  2. I bought a Highlander XLE AWD 2022 about one month ago and already driven it on a vacation for about 5000 miles.
There are a couple of things that are disappointing:
    – the low beam of headlights are blinding approaching traffic. As a result they turn on their high beams and blind you which needless to say, puts you in danger.
    – the AWD while helping at normal speeds, when you start from standstill on slippery surfaces, doesn't send any power to the rear wheels. We got stuck in the snow with the front wheels slipping while the rear wheels did not even attempt to turn. I had people watching the wheels and also I looked at the display that shows the distribution of torque to the wheels. The front were spinning while the rear were totally dead.
There are a couple more annoying things like the lane departure monitoring alarm which doesn't seem to have an option to turn off the sound, the seat-belt alarm for the middle seats that can not be turned off, relatively short range with one tank of gas, some moldings on the door is already coming off.
If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have bought it. At the price they sell them, it's got to be better options out there.

  5. I would like to see a video on the Highlander Platinum version if possible. Also, it would be helpful to discuss all the different options. Thank you.
