Toyota will sell a bazillion of these. Why does Toyota need to still offer the ugly, inefficient FWD only C-HR??? 🤔
This will be a huge winner in market for Toyota. Best car company in the world.
is that direct or port injection?
Styling wise, this is incredibly boring and forgettable. But, it’ll sell like hotcakes. Toyota buyers are loyal.
I'd wait for a rumored AWD hybrid or PHEV model first.
Wait for the Hybrid but whatever the price premium is it may not be worth it.
I just bought one of these. It was the base model and out the door was $35k. The pandemic is the problem. They only had 1 on the lot and people were trying to buy it, while I was signing in the finance office. It was cheaper than any of the 5 used rav4’s they had. While I’m quite sure I got screwed at the stealership. In the end I’m very happy with the car. It’s your typical Toyota. Get in , turn the key, drive it forever, and don’t worry about it ever letting you down. So it serves its purpose.
If only the Cross were available. Toyota has cut production drastically due to the chip shortage. Dealers in my area aren't even keeping one demo on the lot; they just sell the few that come in to customers willing to buy one sight unseen.
Please if you can tell me motor of this vehicle is direct inject or portal inject also is it 0w-20 or something else
So did they fixed the water leaks on the roof rail yet? Toyota drilled holes through the frame to mounts the rail but only plugged them up with simple plastic gasket, some has reported leaking after a while due to heavy rain or car wash… which is the same design as RAV4 and that car was also reported leakage. Wish you can do a view about this more in detail
Would anyone recommend this SUV for anyone taller ?
I consider looking into an SUV, but I won’t want anything super huge
how is mpg for AWD?
Anyone put a six foot kayak in the back yet? This somewhat of a deciding factor for me..
As much as I despise SUVs, we just ordered an XLE in Cypress Green for my wife (our 2012 Mazda5 with 215k miles, is starting to incur expensive repairs. It was a FANTASTIC car though). The practicality, predicted reliability, and roomy backseats for our kids were too tempting to pass up.
once again its meh, i have a 2020 corolla and honestly the best way i can describe it is the beige of all mainstream car brands minus, say, mitsubishi
